Don't judge a book by its cover. This restaurant may not look like much but by God do they know how to pack in the flavors! You will also get a large portion for the price. I can't recommend it enough :)

I've been here a couple times. Had a donair wrap the first time and ordered some crispy shawarma wraps today. The worker introduced it as it wasn't on the menu yet so I figured sure let's try. Good food. Friendly service. What more could you ask for?

Great little local business. Family run, friendly staff. Home-made sauces and spices. Good fresh veggies for wraps, wrap pita isn't too thick, good garlic sauce. They can take custom orders if you have dietary preferences. Poutine and Chicken Shawarma was very good. Garlic sauce is tasty. Takes Credit, debt and cash. Tables are nicely spread out. Good selection of non alcoholic beverages. Is located on ground floor but doesn't have an electric door for wheel chair, light switch for washroom was also about 5 ft up the wall. Staff was very attentive and can offer environmentally conscious cardboard take out containers upon request. Very tasty Pita chips available with other purchase. Street parking and limited about 3 cars behind building in the lot available for customers.

I tried the viral crispy shawarma and it did not disappoint. I dont think I'd be able to eat a regular shawarma after trying the crispy one from Friends Donair. The beef itself was seasoned perfectly. The service was pretty good. The place was clean. Side note - I'm pretty sure the cashier gave some free food to a homeless couple.. I will definitely come back.

Came here to try out the Viral Chicken Shawarma and the Beef Shawarma. Immediately when entering I was greeted very warmly and kindly, the service was top tier. The food was prepared quickly and looked just like the picture. The beef was seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing, the chicken was next level, some of the best I've had. The portions were generous and the best thing of all was the golden brown toast on the Shawarma wraps, the crisp and crunch was so satisfying. Highly recommended spot especially if you're in the West End.

This is hands down the best shawarma in Winnipeg. I’ve come here about 4 times now and even though I’ve eaten many different shawarmas around Winnipeg, this one is consistently the best. The viral crispy chicken shawarma is my favourite but I have gotten their platters before and love those too. The staff are always very nice.

First time ordering with them and its amazing! Great portions. :) yummy shawarma & the beef on the rocks is yummy too!! Will definitely order again. The owner was also very friendly, he called us to say thanks for supporting his business and that our order was on its way. Talk about a white glove service! Customer service at its finest!
